Bring Christmas to Burma’s Hidden Families

Raise $1,000 to deliver urgently needed supplies, medical support, and hope to internally displaced families in Burma this Christmas.

The situation:

Right now, thousands of families in Burma are hiding in makeshift camps, deep in the jungle, after fleeing violence and unrest. They live under tarps and thin bamboo walls. Clean water runs short. Food comes inconsistently, if at all. Treatable illnesses go untreated.

This Christmas, a small team of trained medics will travel directly to these camps to deliver supplies and provide critical medical care on the ground.

We plan to bring:

• Basic relief supplies to help families get through the hardest months

• Essential medical supplies to treat infections, injuries, respiratory issues, and other common conditions in the camps with hands-on medical care from trained medics who will assess, treat, and triage patients in person

• Toys for the children and gifts for adults so they can experience the joy of Christmas, even in the camps

Your gift does not disappear into a large system. It travels in the backpacks and duffel bags of our operators who will walk into these camps, sit with families, and place the relief suppliers directly in their hands.

This trip is about more than supplies. It is about telling families who feel forgotten that they are seen, valued, and not alone this Christmas.
